Payment, Shipping, Delivery and Privacy Policy 

This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchases from Heart of Africa. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and satisfaction. We readily offer the following guarantee to our clients: Any item may be unconditionally returned within five ( 5) working days after receiving. 

The stands displayed on the site are not included in the price.

Use of personal information that you may submit to Heart of Africa through this website is governed by Heart of Africa and the Chamber of Commerce Privacy Policy.

Information that you furnish to Heart of Africa will not be sold, given or shared with any third parties. This information includes, but not limited to name, address, telephone/cell numbers, e-mail address, checking or credit card numbers or any other information you supply us within the course of an inquiry, purchase or other correspondence.

 
Payment Methods 

You may choose to pay for your artwork by either iDEAL, an International Bank Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram.

Payment with iDEAL

The easiest way to pay is via iDEAL which accepts all Dutch banks and is the fastest and safest method of purchasing goods and services on the Net. Once you proceed to check out you will be prompted to click on the Ideal small logo and the system will lead you to the safe website of iDEAL ( "https://" ) and finish your purchase.

 
Transferring money to our Bank account

You may transfer money directly into our bank account. It will approximately take 3-4 days for the funds to be deposited in our bank account. After having your payment on our account, we deliver the product to your home or business address.  

Pay with Western Union or  Money Gram  

If you choose this way for sending money, you should contact us at info@heartofafrica.nl and we will send you a reply as soon as possible with the details for the money transfer. Once you have deposited the amount, please mail confirming this or call directly to + 31 630 120 574.

Invoice
As soon as we receive the founds, we send a printable invoice via email of your purchase.

Delivery 
As soon as Heart of Africa gets the confirmation that payment has been received, your product(s) will be send to you immediately. We will email you a message confirming the sending. We will pack your product(s) for maximum safety during shipping and send it using the standard service. The delivery time depends on your residence place. We will keep you update with a tracking number via courier website.

You must examine the product(s) when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Heart of Africa. Heart of Africa will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than five (5) days from the date of delivery.

Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), you may return it within 5 days after receiving it. Shipping cost are non-refundable. You must pay for return shipping and the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

The package must be insured for the full value. The buyer must notify Heart of Africa of his/her intention to return any item before sending it back to us.
